Refer a friend - terms and conditions

Referrer treats

The referrer is eligible for a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, a £20 National Trust Gift Card or a £20 PayPal credit when each friend they refer has kept their first Perfect Pet policy active for 60 days from the start date.

Amazon or National Trust vouchers will be delivered approximately two hours after confirmation via email. If PayPal is chosen, an email to claim will be sent from [email protected] with £20 cash via our rewards processor, Buyapowa.

This offer can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.

In order for the referral to qualify for the treat the referred friend must be a new customer to Perfect Pet Insurance and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their Treat.

There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Perfect Pet Insurance customer.

In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.

Treats will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Perfect Pet, multiple treats will be delivered to the referrer. Treats will be emailed to the referrer 60 days after referred friend’s policy start date provided the referred friend’s purchase is not cancelled and remains active for 60 days.

The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the treat has been earned.

Treat expiry dates are in each gift cards/PayPal credit terms and conditions of usage.

Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

Perfect Pet reserves the right to refuse the issue of any treat to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.

Perfect Pet reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any elements of this offer and these key conditions at any time without notice.

Referred friend treats

Rewards will be delivered to the referred friend shortly after they have become eligible.

Treat expiry dates are in each gift cards/PayPal credit terms and conditions of usage from the point of issue to the referred friend.

In order to qualify for the Treat the referred friend must be a new customer to Perfect Pet and over the age of 18.

The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.

Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

There are no limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Treats may not be given if unusual activity or fraud is detected.
