Yes, you will need to set up an online Hyperdrug account through hyperdrug.co.uk/perfectpet/ using your policy number, which starts with PERFPET. This will get you your additional 5% policyholder discount across all prescribed pet medications, flea, tick and worm treatments.

A veterinary prescription in the UK is a written authorisation from a qualified veterinary surgeon (MRCVS), allowing pet owners to purchase prescription-only medicines (POM-V) for their animals.
It works similarly to prescriptions for human medications, enabling you to buy medicines directly from your vet, or from an authorised and regulated online prescription medicine retailer.
1) Ask your vet for a written prescription for your pet’s prescribed medicine.
2) Buy your prescription pet medication from the Hyperdrug website – the quantities need to be the same as written on the prescription.
3) You can email prescriptions to [email protected] unless for a ‘Controlled Drug’ where the original prescription must be posted to Hyperdrug.
